Every order is different, and we'll confirm your exact timeline during your consultation. For wedding invitations, we recommend reaching out 3–4 months before your date, so they can be mailed 6–8 weeks ahead. Fiesta Royal Luxury celebrations usually need less time — reach out as soon as you have your date.

Full payment is required before design work begins. We accept Venmo, Zelle or PayPal (PayPal adds a 2% processing fee).

Two rounds of digital proof revisions are included with every order. Additional changes after you approve the design carry a fee.

Yes, please do! But out of respect for other designers, we don't create exact replicas — we design something inspired by your idea, with our own creative touch.

Every order ships nationwide with tracking, timed to arrive well before your date. We'll choose the best carrier for your order, or use your preferred one. Shipping is always quoted separately, before you pay.

Absolutely. Each tier's starting investment is based on 50 guests — that's our starting point, not a limit. For larger celebrations we add invitations, RSVP cards, menus and place cards to match your guest count, and we'll confirm your total during your consultation.

Rush orders may be possible depending on our current schedule, with a rush fee added. Reach out and we'll let you know right away.
